The price of the accommodation includes:
- bedding set (sheet, covers) per person;
- towels 2pcs/person;
- firewood for the indoor fireplace;
- energies (electricity, water, heating);
- 2x (3x) parking place by the chalet;
- garden furniture/gazebo with a grill;
- unlimited internet WIFI connection.
The price of the accommodation does not include:
- accommodation fee for the municipality in the amount of 1 EUR/person/night;
Granted discounts on the listed prices:
- children up to 2 years without bed: free stay;
- children from 2 to 12 years of age: discount 20%.
General terms and conditions of the accommodation facility:
- arrival at your stay – check-in: after 3 p.m.
- leaving the accommodation – check-out: until 10 a.m.
- the manager reserves the right to book the accommodation and/or to accommodate the guests in any of the vacant chalets in the offer, unless otherwise agreed;
- in the case of chalet minimum occupancy (1-4 persons, or 1-6 persons) it is not possible to apply for a discount for children;
Surcharges to the listed prices:
- late check-out, till 3 PM the latest: 40EUR (Chalets 01, 03, 04 ,05, 07, 18, 20, 22, 28, 48), or 80€ (Chalets 08, 23),
- a stay with a pet is only possible in some chalets, after a prior agreement and for 15 EUR/stay;
Payment conditions:
- advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price for the stay (50% of new year’s Eve stay) will be paid upon reservation;
- the remaining amount of the price will be paid upon arrival in cash;
- a deposit in the amount of 100 EUR/chalet will be paid upon the arrival due to possible damage to the property or loss of the keys to the chalet; the deposit will be refunded at the check-out and after returning of the keys and the chalet without damage(s);
- use of private Finnish bath tubs for a fee.
Minimum duration of stay:
- weekend, all year round: 2 nights;
- during spring holidays period: 4 nights;
- during Easter period: 4 nights;
- during top summer season (1.7. – 3.9.) 4 nights; Chalets 08, 18, 20, 22, 23 7 nights;
- during Christmas period (21. – 26. 12. ): 5 nights;
- during New Year’s Eve period (26. 12. – 2.1.): 5 nights;
- during New Year’s Day period (2. 1. – 7. 1.) 4-5 nights;
Cancellation Policy:
- cancellation of the stay 11 and more days prior to arrival – cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the advance payment;
- cancellation of the stay 10 and fewer days prior to arrival – cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the advance payment;
- cancellation of New Year’s Eve or Christmas period stay – the advance payment will be forfeited in full amount.
